
After seeing myself in photos from my BFF's wedding this past weekend, I'm disgusted with how I look. All the hard work I put into bettering myself in 2008, is now completely gone.
I'm still about 10 lbs from pre-diet weight, but I'm not at all happy with how I look. I miss my muscles.... I miss sitting down and not feeling a roll in my belly...
So, to help combat, I downloaded a few apps on my iPhone yesterday: 100 push ups, 200 squats and 200 sit ups.
Each app makes it super easy to follow the program. Since I'm training for the half, I don't have time to do weights, but this should fit nicely into that void.
I'm pretty sore from my first round... 12 push ups, 68 squats and 67 crunches.
I'm also still struggling with nutrition. It's difficult to make myself behave when food is involved....
How do I find my motivation and discipline again?

Meg, your last question-- nobody can answer that. It comes from within, and takes different forms with different people.
However, I think you've already found your motivation and discipline. You're running, doing strenght and core work, and you joined dailymile!
Just try to stay patient. Results are gradual, but you'll get there if you continue the way you're going!
